We all know that we can say a lot about a person based on Zodiac signs.

Today a new trend is declaring itself. Chronotypes, or types of people by daily activity - bear, lion, wolf, and dolphin.

To improve your sleep and the quality of wakefulness, find out yourself among these 4 animals.


1. You are a wolf if:

You can never wake up on time (even if the alarm rings once or twice). Until 15:00 your mental activity is catastrophically inhibited, and caffeine is not an assistant.

What to do:

Set the alarm for about 7 am. As waking up, go outside, do physical exercises. It will sate you with energy and raise the level of concentration. If all this is not for you, sleep until you get enough sleep.


2. You are a dolphin if:

You have a very sensitive sleep. You are a victim of insomnia (you just can not "turn off" the brain). 

What to do:

Start the day with training at 6:30 in the morning. Have breakfast one hour after waking up. Work from 10:00 to 22:00 in the evening. In the afternoon, do not be lazy to go for a long walk. Do not scroll news feed on Facebook after 22:30.Go to sleep immediately.


3. You are a lion if:

You easily wake up even in the very early morning. You are full of energy. Early in the evening, you are squeezed no worse than a lemon. 

What to do:

Wake up at 5:30 in the morning. As you wake up, plan your day at least 1.5 hours forward. Hold meetings between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning. Time from 14:00 to 16:00 dedicate to work - this is your peak of productivity. Go in for sports at 17:00, and at 22:00 go to bed.


4. You are a bear if:

You did not find yourself in the previous three descriptions. You like to sleep - you need at least 8 hours. Your sleep is affected by the sun. 

What to do:

Wake up at 7 in the morning. Start a work day with something quick and easy. From 10:00 to 12:00 you have a boom of energy - direct it in the right way. Sleep in the afternoon to stand on your feet in the evening. If it's impossible -give your mind rest with meditation.
