The story of this woman, indeed, will inspire you.

Carolyn Hartz, a 70-year-old woman, has been addicted to sweets for a long time. But 30 years ago she, bravely, decided to give up eating white stuff.

Now she has a bikini body most women half her age would give their lives.

Carolyn strongly believes that you need to take suitable actions to achieve your goals no matter how long it will take.

Post 50 women think that its impossible to keep rational shape and weight of a body. If you want it you have to work on it.

As it is well known, our body slows down as we get older. According to Mrs. Hartz, this means we need to take care of our health by making right choices.

“I believe it is very important to be aware of the type of food you eat and the quantity of food you eat. Being mindful while you are eating is a huge factor. Mindless eating can lead to unnecessary weight gain. I say to my customers ‘taste and enjoy every mouthful’… it will help you slow down and you will be less likely to overeat.”

Carolyn Hartz mentions that the first two important tips for women wanting to look their best have to do with their attitude and diet.

Evidently, choosing a positive and playful outlook on life is a crucial factor for aging gracefully like her. Another factor that she believes is related to health: giving up sugar.

“I have been sugar-free for 28 years. It was difficult at first as I was a sugar addict but I believe it is one of the most important reasons I have been able to keep myself healthy and keep my body in shape. I make sure I eat protein with every meal, especially breakfast. It stops the cravings.”

Mrs. Hartz encourages people let themselves go of their favorite foods and drinks, but to take appropriate portion size.

Next important condition is sleep. In Mrs. Hartz's point of view, people need to sleep at least 8 hours every night. Besides, meditation and gratitude have their effects on women's health. She has also been applying the same skincare products since she was 17 years old.

She also wears sunscreen under makeup and doesn't reveal herself too much to the sun.

“I am very aware of the damaging effects of the sun and I had this reminder when I had a cancer removed from my nose when I was only 30.”

However, most important advice that Mrs. Hartz offers to all women is to never compare themselves to others.

And, eventually, “Don’t listen to the naysayers, be your own person. Attitude is your most important asset. Life is not perfect, accept this and grab it with both hands.”
