Lilith: Adam’s True Wife Was Not Eve. Here’s Proof!

Everyone who’s read the Bible knows that it starts with narration about the creation of the world, the beginning of humanity, and the origin of all we know today according to the book of Genesis. This sacred text tells us how the man was created in God’s image and likeness. Then, upon realizing he was alone, God decides to create a company for him, using his rib to create a woman named Eve.

However, there’s a part of this story that not many people are aware of… For some reason, it hasn’t been told in the Bible or rather has been censored or hidden until now. And that is that the first woman of Adam was Lilith, not Eve. She was created first in the world and is, therefore, the rightful first wife of Adam.

Who was Lilith?

Lilith was the first woman ever to exist in the world, created by God at the same time as Adam. Apparently, Adam asked God to reject and banish her, since she was more intelligent, stronger and did not obey his commands. When you put your mind to it, it makes sense this important character was removed. Lilith actually represented everything that was against the traditional idea of the church that the woman must submit to the man and obey him, thus having a lower position.

Indisputable proof of Lilith’s existence

Despite the fact that the traditional Bible has undergone several religious filters and lost important pieces and sections, there’s a part which proves that at the beginning of the world God decides to create both the man and woman at the same time and not later as we were led to believe. Let’s inspect the original text:

Genesis 1:27 King James Version (NKJV)

27 And God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

As we see from this verse of the traditional Bible, at the moment when God created man, he created both the male and female. The phrase “created them” specifically indicates that the woman was created in the same instant as the man. This is the clearest proof that Lilith existed, embodied in the Bible itself.

This means Lilith was a being created in the same way as Adam. Of course, she had female reproductive organs that women today have, but in general, they were two equal human beings with the same strengths, character, and faculties, brought to existence with the same dust.

Lilith and Adam’s conflict

The apocryphal texts that were allegedly censored by the Catholic Church, attest that Lilith was quite a firm and intelligent woman who sometimes seemed to be superior to Adam. On the other hand, Adam had a dominant character and a lot of carnal desires. In their intimate moments, Lilith wanted that not only Adam be on her, but she could also be on him during the act. However, Adam firmly refused, which sparked a conflict between the two. Eventually, Lilith was separated from Adam and banished by God at the request of Adam. Here’s what’s narrated in the apocryphal book of Genesis:

She said, ‘I will not lie below,’ and he said, ‘I will not lie beneath you, but only on top. For you are fit only to be in the bottom position, while I am to be the superior one.’ Lilith responded, ‘We are equal to each other inasmuch as we were both created from the earth.’ As Adam tried to force her to obey Lilith, angrily pronounced the name of God and left.

But, where did she go? They were supposed to be the only two human beings created by God at that time. Well, she ran nothing more, nothing less in the arms of a devil.

Lilith and Samael – the damn generation

Apart from all the creatures God created, the Garden of Eden was also inhabited by those we know today as demons. These were beings with particular features who were not allowed to have contact with other creatures. When she left, Lilith went to Samael who was one of these demons and bore his offspring.

After God saw that Lilith had left and pronounced his name which was forbidden, he decided to curse her along with all the generation she had procreated with Samael. The apocryphal texts tell us:

“She preferred the person’s reproductive liquid very a lot, and she or he all the time walks to the purpose of seeing the place she has fallen. All of the liquid of man that doesn’t finish within the matrix of the spouse is hers: all of the seminal liquid that man finds wasted all through his life, whether or not by adultery, by vice or in sleep.”

In turn, Lilith was made right into a demon with God cursing her and all her offspring.

After Lillith, God created Eve

When Lilith was cursed, God realized that Adam was alone, and decided to create another companion. In order to make sure she was submissive and complacent with him, this time he made her of Adam’s own rib.

And so Eve was created as the second wife of Adam, appearing in the biblical stories as the person behind the sin of the forbidden fruit. Adam lived with Eve in comfort, without having any problems until they were expelled from paradise and this is when humanity’s everlasting sin began.

All in all, the old Hierarchs of the church didn’t approve of Lilith’s connection with seduction, pleasure and full equality. And as we know, throughout the history of established religions, there are no equal male and female religious figures.

Therefore, at some point, Lilith’s story might have been censored from the Bible, considering it presented many ideas of empowerment to the woman. By hiding her actual history, women could end by being subjected by males as it has been shown throughout history.

So, Lilith is not a myth and she was the first woman to exist. Lilith proved to be extra clever, rebellious and had a greater character than man, which is why she was unjustly censured and punished.

Could this have had a big impact if it was revealed in the past? Perhaps women’s subjugation could have taken a different turn? What do you think?
